Telectronics Pty Ltd was an Australian company best known for its role in developing the pacemaker and implantable defibrillators. Other members of the same group include Cochlear.

It was founded in 1963 and shutdown in 1996 due to the recall of a "J lead" electrode, which utilized a rigid stylet within the helix of the electrode lead, inherited by the company in acquisition of pacemaker lead manufacturer Cordis Corporation of Miami.
